2. Points of contact under the Digital Services Act

For authorities (Art. 11 DSA): Authorities of the EU Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services can contact us directly at legal@kollegpass.de (subject: "DSA"). Languages: German and English.

For users (Art. 12 DSA): You can reach us quickly and directly at support@kollegpass.de. People answer you, not only automated systems. Languages: German, English and Russian.

The fastest way to report illegal content is the "Report" function. The Community Rules explain how it works.

3. Consumer dispute resolution

We are not willing and not obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

4. Independence

KollegPass is an independent service. We are not affiliated with any Studienkolleg, university, the DAAD, uni-assist, g.a.s.t., TestAS or onSET, and we are not commissioned or endorsed by them.
