Withdrawal information and withdrawal form

1. Who is this information for?

This information applies to consumers who buy a paid pass on KollegPass ("3-Day Pass" or "Pro 3 Months").

The passes are sold by Dodo Payments ([MOR_LEGAL_NAME]) as reseller ("Merchant of Record"). Your right of withdrawal therefore exists towards Dodo Payments. Saifuna Rysalieva, the provider of KollegPass, is authorised to receive your withdrawal on behalf of Dodo Payments. So you can contact either of them.

In the following withdrawal information (section 2), "we" and "us" mean: Dodo Payments.

You pay no price for the free plan or for referral bonuses. You can delete your free account at any time.

2. Withdrawal information

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us ([MOR_LEGAL_NAME], [MOR_ADDRESS], phone: [MOR_PHONE], e-mail: [MOR_EMAIL]) or KollegPass as our authorised recipient (Saifuna Rysalieva, Ulan Street 27, Bishkek 720016, Kyrgyzstan, phone: [PHONE], e-mail: support@kollegpass.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at kollegpass.de using the "Withdraw from contract" button at the bottom of every page. If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt without delay on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail), with information on the content of the withdrawal statement and the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

3. When the right of withdrawal ends early

Your right of withdrawal ends early when the service has been fully provided and, before performance began, you

  1. expressly agreed that performance begins before the withdrawal period ends, and
  2. confirmed that you know that your right of withdrawal ends once the contract has been fully performed.
  • 3-Day Pass: The service has been fully provided when the 72 hours are over. After that you can no longer withdraw.
  • Pro 3 Months: The service is fully provided only after three months. You can therefore withdraw during the whole 14 days.

4. Examples of the proportionate amount

The proportionate amount depends on how long your pass was unlocked until your withdrawal, compared with the full duration. The examples are not binding and are meant to make the rule easy to understand.

  • Pro 3 Months: You buy on 1 March (running until 1 June, i.e. 92 days) and withdraw on 8 March. The pass was unlocked for 7 days. Proportionate amount: €39 × 7/92 = €2.97. You get €36.03 back.
  • 3-Day Pass: You withdraw 24 hours after the purchase. Proportionate amount: €7 × 24/72 = €2.33. You get €4.67 back.

Your paid access ends with the withdrawal. Your free account and your learning progress are kept.

5. How the "Withdraw from contract" function works

  1. Click "Withdraw from contract" at the bottom of any page on kollegpass.de. You do not need an account or to sign in.

    • your name,
    • which contract you are withdrawing from (for example the order number, or the e-mail address used for the purchase and the pass),
    • the e-mail address to which we should send the acknowledgement of receipt.
      If you are signed in, we fill in these details for you.

  2. Click "Confirm withdrawal". Only then is your withdrawal sent.

  3. You immediately receive an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail with the content of your statement and the date and time of receipt. The acknowledgement only shows that your withdrawal has been received.

  4. KollegPass forwards your withdrawal to Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments refunds the money to your original payment method no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal.

A withdrawal that you send through this function before the deadline counts as on time.

Helpful but not required: order number and the e-mail address used for the purchase.

7. Withdrawal or cancellation?

  • Withdrawal ("Withdraw from contract"): You undo the purchase within 14 days and get your money back minus the proportionate amount.
  • Cancellation ("Cancel contracts here"): Passes end on their own. You only need to cancel if you want to end a pass early for good cause.

8. Other refunds

Beyond the statutory right of withdrawal and your rights in case of defects, there is no right to a refund. The buyer terms of Dodo Payments apply in addition. Mandatory statutory rights always take precedence.
